|
A man facing multiple ganja-related charges was hauled before the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court yesterday. Charged with possession of ganja, dealing in ganja and taking steps to export the drug is labourer Ryan Reynolds. He eventually pleaded guilty to all three charges. The court was told that Reynolds attempted to leave Jamaica with 9.8 ounces (279.3 grams) of ganja, destined to Antigua. Reynolds was remanded in custody until September 12 when the matter will again be mentioned. Resident Magistrate Georgianna Fraser told the accused she needed to make a check on his records. The accused was told by RM Fraser that his records will determine the sentence he will get. A fingerprint order was made for Reynolds.
