When asked about Christina, Joan was passionate about the contributions that Christina had been making in the community, and that despite challenges faced by young girls in their community, Joan said that Christina worked hard in school and that she knows that Christina will do well as she is a 'great girl'.

Christina and Kevin Walker work with the Allman Town Police Youth Club that helps children with their homework, organises community sporting events for persons of all age groups including the elderly, holds a retreat twice per year and hosts meetings on Thursdays to empower the youths in the Allman Town community.

Christina Preston, first vice-president of the youth club, is only 23 years old, but she strongly believes in making a positive difference through her contributions.
