Five arrested by the police |

|
Five persons accused of pouring oil on sections of the north coast highway were yesterday arrested and charged by the police. Information reaching THE STAR is that about 5:30 a.m., residents of Chester district in St Ann mounted roadblocks to protest against the deplorable state of the highway between Runaway Bay and St Ann's Bay. Our news team was informed that the roadblocks were eventually cleared and the persons taken into custody. Their identities have not been released. |
