One Direction big winners at MTV Video Music Awards One Direction were the big winners at the MTV Video Music Awards on Thursday. 'The X Factor' 2010 contestants scooped up three prizes at the ceremony in Los Angeles, California. Louis Tomlinson, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Harry Styles, and Niall Horan won Most Share-Worthy Video, and Best Pop Video for their track What Makes You Beautiful and Best New Artist. The boys dedicated their Best Pop Video gong to their fans and joked about their clumsy ways after a mishap. Niall told the audience: "This one's for our fans. you're amazing! This one's for you." Liam joked: "We've had this award two seconds and we've already broken it." Meanhwhile, Louis took time out to thank their boss and record company. He said: "Thanks to Simon Cowell and all at SyCo. this one's for our fans." His hit single, which was done in collaboration with his protégé Don Sniper-titled Get The money, is currently blowing up FM radio worldwide. The hard-hitting single is currently racing up several reggae charts around the world including New Style Radio's Top 20 Reggae Chart in the United Kingdom, where the song is sitting in the number-17 position. Locally, Get The Money is number-10 on the Stampede Streets Charts, Top 15 Reggae singles Charts and its accompanying music video is in the number-10 spot on Suzie Q's popular Video Alley show. Lucci Gabana is also creating waves over in the USA, where his hit song titled Ride Tonight, featuring Craig Smart, is number 27 on the New York Top 30 Reggae Singles Chart. The budding music mogul is gearing up for the release of another new single titled Never Stop Trying. this track was done in tandem with dancehall star Capleton and upcoming dancehall artiste Contractor. "Things are really going great for my company and my career. I'm currently getting ready to drop a new single which features Capleton and Contractor. It's an awesome track. everyone is gonna love it. Capleton is one of the giants of the Jamaica music industry and anything he does or is a part of is always great. "I really expect big things to happen with this track. we are going to promote it worldwide," said Lucci Gabana. Lucci Gabana also has a number of other projects in the works including a radio show on Bess FM that is hosted by DJ Catman out of London every Friday. Before the end of the year, he plans to launch massive weekly street parties in Kingston that will feature top DJs and sound systems, along with a host of celebrities from Jamaica and overseas. A similar even will also be launched in London. this weekly event will take place at the posh Roxbury Night Club every Thursday starting next month. Ryan Oneil climbs the charts with 'I'm Just Saying' Fast-rising dancehall singer Ryan Oneil continues to reap success on the charts. He recently scored a top-10 hit with the single titled A Nuh Me, which peaked at number four on the Jamaica Music countdown Top 25 Reggae Singles Chart earlier this year. Now, the artiste has hit top 10 again. this time he has done it with a song called I'm Just Saying. The bouncy dancehall track, which is on the Foot Stepzz label, is currently sitting in the number-nine position of the Jamaica Music Countdown top 25 Dancehall Singles Chart. As expected, Ryan is feeling very good about scoring his second top-10 hit for the year; but he isn't about to get complacent because of his current run of form on the charts. In fact, the soft-spoken singer said he plans to work even harder than before to build on this success. "I have been working hard over the years to build my name in the business, and I'm finally getting the kind of results I have longed for, and this makes feel very good. I don't plan to get careless or carried away because of what is going on. Believe me! I plan to work even harder than before," he said. Ryan intends to kick things up a notch or two before the end of the year by releasing several new songs. He is currently very busy in the studios recording for various producers including Ralston Barrett of R.A.B. Entertainment and Carlington Wilmot of Outaroad.com. "I'm gonna drop a bunch of new singles leading up to the Christmas holidays. I'm particularly looking forward to the release of a track I did on The Big One Rhythm called A Wha Mi Do You. it's a very nice love song. my fans are going to love it. that song shows me in a totally different mood. Fans can also look out for Nuh Want Dat on Media house Productions (Outaroad.com) label and Gwaan So on the Stardust label."
