The alleged mastermind behind the 'Jamaican Girl's Exposed' porn website has been slapped with an additional charge under the Cyber Crimes and Larceny Acts.

Information reaching THE STAR is that the additional charge was laid after another complainant came forward.

On Tuesday, Oates was granted $500,000 bail in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court.

However, THE STAR has learnt that he will appear in court on Monday in relation to the latest charge.

Oates, 27, was arrested on August 27 following months of intense investigation.

He is accused of extorting money from persons so as to not post explicit photos of them on the website.

The police reported in August that as many as 25 persons had filed complaints against him.

He is to return to court on October 16 in relation to previous charges.
