Police probe double murder in St Ann |

|
The police in St Ann are yet to establish a motive for the shooting death of two men in the Brown's Town market on Saturday night. Those killed are Desmond Black, 42, taxi operator of Sommerton district and 30-year-old Wayne Dyer, otherwise called Waynie, of Orange Hill, both in the parish. It is reported that about 10:15 p.m., the men were among a group inside the market when they were approached by men armed with handguns who opened fire. Both men received bullet wounds to their heads and other parts of their upper bodies. They died on the spot. Investigations are ongoing. |
