Two men, who were recently slapped with charges of indecent assault, were each granted bail in the sum of $100,000 when they appeared in the Corporate Area resident Magistrate's Court Thursday.

Both men, age 20, are accused of putting their penis on the vagina and anus of a four year-old girl on different occasions.

In making a bail application, attorney-at-law Hugh Faulkner said that a medical report showed that the child's vagina and anus had not been penetrated.

The men were subsequently granted bail on condition that they reside at Hampton in Spanish Town, St Catherine, and report to the Spanish Town Police Station three times per week. A curfew order was also imposed.

They are to return to court on November 5.
