An unidentified body believed to be that of a 12-year-old female was discovered on the Port Royal main road yesterday. The body, which was in the nude, is of light complexion, slim build and about 157 centimetres (5 feet 2 inches) tall. She was said to be wearing acrylic nails and her toenails painted red. Reports from the Elletson Road police are that about 2 p.m., residents stumbled upon the body in the vicinity of Rocky Point and summoned the police. When the lawmen arrived, they found the body partially burnt with its hands and feet bound. The scene was processed and the body removed to the morgue for post-mortem. Investigations continue. |
