Nature - File

Down Sound Records artiste Nature delivered an exceptional performance during last week's 'Ochi Explosion' at Margaritaville in Ocho Rios that showed his growingmaturity and command as a stage performer.

He wowed the large audience with chart-burners such as World Peace, and his latest hit, Trying Man. He earned a huge forward forWorld Peace whose message of universal love and a call for the cessation of all armed conflict worldwide, seemed to resonate with the audience which was a great mix of different ethnicities. He hadto perform that song twice.

"I got a really good response from the fans, some white fans came up to me and jokingly said 'you are the next Bob Marley'. People love the World Peace song, in fact, in the inner-city areas, people have begun to write World Peace on the wallsso it is a great sign that people are responding to the music," Nature said.

Nature held the number-one spot with World Peace on the FIWI Choice Top Ten charts for four consecutive weeks whileTrying Man has popped up on local charts, as well as reggae charts in Trinidad, Barbados, and St Kitts.

The single, produced on the Down Sound Records imprint, has also popped up on reggae charts in Kenya, Australia and France. The video for the single peaked at #3 on the CVM Hitlist charts. It also held the pole position of the HYPE TV Top 20 charts for three weeks, and peaked at #1 on the CVM TV video charts.

Trying Man has also been in steady rotation on CVM, RE TV, MDTV and HYPE TV since it came out earlier this month. The single is also at #17 on the HYPE TV Top 20 charts

"I am very excited about how things are going, I am getting a lot of feedback from the Caribbean," he said.

Nature is also known for the singles Mama You Saved Me, and Wasting Time. Nature is working on a yet-to-be titled album which will be released this Fall on the DSR imprint. He is also in negotiations for upcoming tours.
