A man who was electrocuted in the Pembroke Hall community, Kingston 20, yesterday has been identified as Anthony Lindsay.

Lindsay, 58, volunteered to cut down a breadfruit tree on Clydesdale Avenue in the area, when his machete became caught in a power line.

Lindsay was electrocuted and fell from the tree.

The police were summoned and he was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Investigations are ongoing.
