Dear Pastor,

From I was a child I used to play with my vagina until I noticed that the inner lips of my vagina became very long and extend outside. It looks like dried-up skin. It is very long that if I stand up it can be seen whether or not I spread my legs.

I am very worried that this is not normal and that something is wrong with me. I fear that this will affect my sex life and relationships to come. I am very worried, pastor.

Please tell me what is wrong with me. Am I am abnormal? Will this affect my sex life? Will this affect my womanhood in any way?

I suggest that you make an appointment to see a gynaecologist. He/she would advise you what is wrong and whether or not surgery might be necessary. I understand your concern and I can see why it is troubling you.

However, I believe that your condition can be corrected. So start the ball by going to see a gynaecologist who might refer you to another medical practitioner.
