Thursday December 20 is the date for the fourth staging of singer Tarrus Riley's annual free Christmas concert, Let Live Music Live.

The event is Riley's way of giving back to his fans for their continuous support of his decorated career. It will be held at the Emancipation Park in New Kingston.

In a release, Riley promised fans a real musical treat at this year's staging of the concert.

'Clean music, good entertainment and great vibes. The fans can come out and expect to be fully entertained," said Riley.

The event has grown to become one of the most anticipated events on the Christmas calendar, and this year is no different.

2012 was a stellar year for Riley, who released his first acoustic set, Mecoustic. He also released a number of singles which have garnered support on local and international radio.

He also toured Africa, Europe, the Caribbean and North America, performing a number of major music festivals.

A week ago he did a sold-out performance in Suriname alongside singer Christopher Martin.

Last year's staging of Let Live Music Live saw cameo appearances from a number of Riley's friends drawn from the entertainment fraternity, including Beres Hammond, Tony Rebel, Omari, Nadine Sutherland, I-Wayne, Shaggy, Romain Virgo, Khago, Etana, Luciano, TOK and comedians Ity and Fancy Cat.

Riley's most recent single is Gimmie Likkle One Drop which was produced by Jordan McClure for Chimney Records.
