Star Tell Me Pastor

I'm up for the job

Dear Pastor,

Hope you are in the best of health. I read your column a lot. I am a 20-year-old and I do not smoke nor drink. I have an unstable job but I am a diligent worker. I became a Christian two years ago.

I am willing to settle down and I also have good qualities, which I believe that any woman would want. On December 13, I read in your column that a lovely woman was in need of a Jamaican man who could make her dreams come through. I am willing to offer myself and treat her the way she wishes to be treated.

I hope you would publish this letter so she could see it. Thank you in advance.

Dear K.T.,

You are too late in offering yourself as the ideal man for this woman. Many guys have come forward, so you are very late. But even if you had written earlier, you would have a lot of problems and would have been the last person on the list because you do not have a steady job, plus you are very young.

I don't think you are ready for an intimate relationship, but I believe that you are an ambitious young man. Try to pursue a career. Keep well.
