Man pleads guilty to relieving himself

A man asked for leniency after he pleaded guilty to littering when he appeared in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court yesterday.

Raul Watson, who was charged for littering in a public place, told the court that he was travelling for over three hours and after vacating the vehicle, went into an open lot and relieved himself.

He told the court, "I couldn't hold it, I asked the officer for mercy because I just couldn't hold it."

He was told to pay $1,000 or spend 10 days in prison.
