Girlfriend's lover stabs man in chest

A 43-year-old man is currently at the St Ann's Bay Hospital nursing stab wounds after he was reportedly stabbed multiple times in the chest by his girlfriend's lover and her lover's friends.

Information reaching THE WEEKEND STAR is that on Saturday, the man, who is from Beverly in Runaway Bay, St Ann, and his girlfriend had an altercation where he allegedly slapped her in the face.

It is reported that on the following day, upon visiting his girlfriend's house, he found her in the company of another man who was later revealed as being her lover.

After this revelation, according to reports, the couple engaged in a heated argument and the woman's lover intervened and the two men engaged in a argument.

It was reported that the lover called his friend and the two men proceeded to beat on the man, a weapon was drawn and the man was stabbed.

According to the police, the man was stabbed multiple times to the chest area which resulted in his left lung being punctured.

No one has been arrested in connection with the incident.
