The second instalment of Ellis International's monthly series - Comedy Café unfolds at South Beach, 2 Brompton Road, Kingston 5, on Wednesday, February 27. Hosted by top comedy duo Ity and Fancy Cat, Comedy Café promises more musical comedy, comedic music, and top-flight stand-up comedy, along with exciting open mic, fun and games, and interactive engagement with the audience. Featured performers will be Dr Michael Abrahams, Rozah Roze, Leighton Smith and Hilarious Granny, plus surprise guests. The series got off to a great start with outstanding performances in January, and to the pleasant surprise of the audience, especially the early attendees, the show started promptly at 8:30 p.m. as advertised. The organisers intend to maintain this standard as well as the high standard of performances showcased at that first show. Gates open at 7 p.m. and the audience will be thoroughly entertained until Ity and Fancy Cat hit the stage for the 8:30 start. For information on presold tickets, patrons can contact Natalie Rush or Stephanie Philp at 408-4411. |
