'Stone Man' remanded after allegedly assaulting uncle |

|
Gregory Sinclair, who allegedly assaulted his uncle and another man, was remanded when he appeared before the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court yesterday. Sinclair answered to two counts of assault occasioning bodily harm yesterday. The court was told that Sinclair accused the complainant of 'short-changing' him after he allegedly assisted with construction work conducted on his uncle's house. According to the accused, after demanding payment from his uncle, who he said refused to pay him, heated words were exchanged and the accused allegedly threw stones at his uncle resulting in him sustaining injuries to his wrist and side. Shortly after, Sinclair was brought before the court to answer to the same charges after he was accused of assaulting another complainant with a stone. According to the complainant, Sinclair used a stone to hit him in the face during an argument. Resident Magistrate Judith Pusey after remanding the accused labelled him "The Stone Man". |
