Reggae artiste Ricardo Clarke, who recently released his new single Don't Count Me Out, is getting ready for a new school tour and his album release concert, which is scheduled for April 19, 2013.

School tours and charity concerts have been part of Clarke's career since the release of his debut album Uprising Vol I: Not Settling. Says Clarke: "In my view, it's always important to give back while you have the influence and the relevance to do so. It is always our desire to reinforce what our children are learning and support what the educational system is trying to do. We always want to encourage our students to live a productive life and to encourage them that even if they have a setback, and even if they are down and out, don't count yourself out."

The next school tour is scheduled for March 18 to April 19, 2013. It will start in Nassau and move around other islands in the Bahamas. It will include primary schools, junior and senior high schools, and possibly colleges.

"I hope to inspire the students to see the bigger picture so they can be driven by the opportunities, not the odds," said Clarke.

To release his new album in style, Clarke is inviting his fans to his album-release concert 'Ricardo Clarke and friends' on April 19. The concert will be held at the Cavalry Deliverance Church in Nassau, Bahamas, which is the artiste's home church. Asked why he chose his church as the concert venue, Clarke explained, "In our community, churches and their influence bring persons together from all walks of life."

The line-up for the concert is still being tweaked and will be revealed closer to the digital release date of Clarke's third album, Uprising Vol III: Don't Count Me Out, on March 31. The ringtone for the first single, Don't Count Me Out, was recently released and it available on http://snd.sc/XgCpKK.
