A woman who reportedly discovered that she had faeces in her vagina, was allegedly punched in her mouth by her ex-lover, after she asked for money to pay her doctor bill. The incident reportedly took place in Kingston on February 7. The ex-lover, who is employed to a well-known media house, appeared in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court last Thursday and after pleading guilty, was fined $5,000 for assault occasioning bodily harm. When asked why he had punched his former girlfriend, the accused man told Senior Resident Magistrate Judith Pusey that she was stalking him and showing up at his workplace. Allegations are that the complainant reported to the cops that she was assaulted after she showed up at the man's family residence to collect $15,000 he had promised her. It is reported that both parties ended their romance in December and the complainant contacted the accused after learning from her physician that she had faeces in her vagina. The woman reported to the police that the accused had made arrangements to pay the doctor's bill, however she was unable to get him on his phone so she went to his workplace. It is reported that the woman then went to the man's family residence and while there she was pushed to the ground. She was also punched in the mouth by the accused. The matter was reported to the police and the accused man subsequently charged. |
