Magnum Wet Wet Xtreme 'Soaka Junkie'

Partygoers definitely went to the extreme during the latest edition of Magnum Wet Wet, which went under the theme: Xtreme Soaka Junkie in Ewarton, St Catherine.

Patrons in the wet and dry areas didn't hold back when the disc jocks, Kurt Riley, ZJ Chrome, Dj Kason, Dj British, Flabba Dabba, Chub Roc spinned the latest tunes, and mixed the different genres, including, reggae, soca, pop and soul music to a party-hungry crowd.

Meanwhile, patrons were in for a treat as Magnum bucket deals went for $1,500.

The Surfaz entertainment group led by Marlon Parnell delivered another successful staging as the crowd surpassed the 5,000 mark.

The Magnum girls, and a female patron squared off on the dance floor, igniting the already pumped up crowd. Also in attendance were Lascelles Limited's Marketing Manager, Andrew Cowan, and Magnum's Brand Manager Chrisna Benson.

The main sponsors were Magnum Tonic Wine, while associate sponsors include, Skyy Vodka, Campari, Carlo Rossi Wine, Boom Energy Drink, Wata, Coca Cola, Schweppes, Zip FM, E Turf, 1080 Group.

Magnum Wet Wet Xtreme is held every two months at the Ewarton Sports Complex in St Catherine.

"The party series officially kicked off in May 2012 on a high note, with a bumper-size crowd and with its one-year anniversary schedule for May 2013, you can expect it to be even bigger", Parnell told The STAR.
