Father Ken's Birthday Bash and Customer Appreciation Day set for this month

The annual Father Ken's Birthday Bash and Customer Appreciation Day will be held on March 12 at Ken's Wildflower Lounge, Port Henderson Road.

THE PORTMORE STAR was informed that the celebration, which has become a household name, is set to live up to the reputation it has gained.

''We intend to enjoy the occasion with many of the persons who have helped to build the name of Ken's Wildflower, and we think the best way to say thanks is on my birthday,'' Lester 'Father Ken' Crooks, proprietor of the club, told THE PORTMORE STAR.

He revealed that the event is set to be filled with music and entertainment provided by The Wildflower Sound with specially invited guest selectors Krazy Kris, Senor Daley, Twitch, Santana, and Snow Man at the turntables.

Admission to the event will remain free, and those who turn out will have free food. This will be backed by prizes and surprises for lucky patrons.
