Star Tell Me Pastor

My 50-y-o daughter needs a man

Dear Pastor,

I hope you are doing well. This is my first letter to you. I am a senior citizen. I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl many years ago. She is my only child. My daughter will be 50 years old very soon and is single. I believe there is someone for everyone and I do not believe any one should be alone. I love my daughter very much and I pray every day for her to find someone special to be with; she is very shy.

She has had one relationship and is afraid to trust anyone. She has been single for over a decade. I would love to see her start dating before I die. She is kind, caring, affectionate, and a fun person to be around. She is a loving person to everyone, especially the elderly and the less fortunate. Sometimes I think she is too kind. If you have received this letter, then that means she has given me permission to send it.

she's a dancer

My daughter is an excellent cook. She never parties, never drinks and is a natural Jamaican woman. She can dance and sing and is very creative and ambitious. She is looking for someone of similar qualities. This person should also be someone in the 50-60 age groups. Black, Chinese, Indian, white, it does not matter. As long as this person is not in a relationship, is God-fearing, ambitious, financially stable, believes in living healthy, and is independent.

lonely

If you are lonely and possess these qualities, do not hesitate to contact my daughter. Do not contact her if you are only interested in sex. She does not believe in sex before marriage and she is not interested in using anyone or being used. She also advocates being tested for STDs.

If you are uneducated, but possess the other qualities such as ambition, my daughter is willing to help you read and write.

Unnamed

Dear Unnamed,

I believe that this letter was not written by mother but by daughter. I could be wrong, but I doubt it very much. But whether it was written by mother or daughter, the writer is saying that the person in need of a man is almost perfect and looking for a man who is just as perfect as she is. May I say, 'happy hunting'.
