It was like early Christmas, as scores of entertainment lovers flocked the Glendon Court Plaza in Old Harbour, St Catherine, recently, to get their groove on.

The occasion was the second anniversary of the Time Out Sports Bar and Lounge. Those in attendance were served a musical diet that will long be remembered.

The early segment saw resident DJ Stinger taking patron to musical high. Songs from the likes of Beres Hammond, The Heptones, Alton Ellis, Gregory Isaacs, Carl Dawkins and Dennis Brown complement the many hits from other genres. Most patrons took to the dance floor and enjoyed themselves, others found enjoyment at the bar.

The late segment saw popular DJ, Krazy Kris heating up the turntables with more popular music. By midnight the facility was transformed into a sea of dancing bodies.

Among those in attendance was head of Stone Love Movement, Winston 'Wee Pow' Powell. "This is a good vibes and I am here to give support to entertainment. It is all good," Powell said.

Meanwhile, proprietor Billy Clarke, who was a good host, expressed pleasure with the support given.

"I am glad to see the level of support here tonight as it encourages you to continue in business, " Clarke said.

He told The Starthat the night's turnout was bigger than last year, and said he hoped the trend will continue.
