The Edgewater playfield was abuzz with excitement as telecommunications company,Digicel hosted a Christmas treat for children last Saturday.

The kiddies were treated to various attractions throughout the day and in the evening patrons were treated to a stage show featuring Digicel 2013 Rising Stars winner Verlando Small and Digicel ambassadors Tifa and I-Octane.

Tifa called out the ladies to support her as she dashed tracks such as Lyrically Educated, among others. I-Octane blazed the stage instantly and he was in a happy mood. He even called onstage a woman who got hysterical when the artiste sang to her and she 'jiggled' for him, much to the delight of patrons.

Songs such as Buss A Blank, Badmind Dem A Pree, L.O.V.E, Burn Dem Bridge, We Love Di Vibes and others were well received by the audience.

Tahnida Nunes, senior sponsorship manager at Digicel, said: "We are committed to giving back to our customers, especially in this season of giving, and our Christmas treats are definitely helping us to stay true to this commitment. Portmore is the second of three major Christmas treats that we have planned for communities across the island as part of our 'Brighten Someone's Christmas' campaign'.
