Loyal Flames delivers at RJR Kingston Music Week

Loyal Flames

Rising reggae artiste Loyal Flames was in solid form at the just-concluded RJR Kingston Music Week celebrations. The Vikings recording artiste held the crowd captive and demonstrated why he is a rising force to be reckoned with.

Held at the Stone Love's 'Weddy Weddy' location on Burlington Avenue, St Andrew, the music celebration also featured performances from Munga, Nature, Black am I and Ginjah, among others.

But it was Loyal Flames who stood tall among the cadre of performers.

"His performance was excellent. Well executed," a female fan exclaimed shortly after Loyal Flames departed the stage.

During his brief stint, Loyal Flames delivered four songs, each of which got huge 'forwards' from the crowd.

Loyal Flames has been riding a wave of success in recent times. His latest video, Keep Focus, is number three on Tempo's Cross Caribbean Countdown.

Additionally, he recently performed in Europe where he gave a creditable account of himself.

Among his latest singles are Working, which is featured on the Baby Mother rhythm from Vikings Production and Break Free, which is featured on the Brighter Days rhythm from Silly Walks Discotheque.

Loyal Flames leaves the island for a performance in Canada on December 21. Also billed to perform are Terry Linen, Marcia Griffiths, George Nooks and Leroy Gibbon. His next stop is the Boom GT Taylor Christmas Extravaganza show, in St Elizabeth, on December 25.
