Three people including a juvenile, who were arrested in connection with a multimillion dollar lottery scam, are to appear in the Santa Cruz Resident Magis-trate's Court today.

Two of the accused were arrested by detectives attached to the St Elizabeth police last Monday. As a result of further investigations, the juvenile was arrested and charged on Friday.

Police said all three have been charged with breaches of the Law Reform (Fraudulent Transactions) (Special Provisions) Act 2013. The charges include knowingly possessing identity information of a person and obtaining property by means of false pretence.
