BMG hosts Tun Up Xmas at The Quad

BMG

Brixton Music Group (BMG) production team from Portmore, St Catherine, has teamed up with the Quad nightclub in New Kingston to host a weekly event called Tun Up Xmas every Friday until January 3, 2014.

Tun Up Xmas will see patrons partying to music spun by some of the hottest sound system selectors and disc jocks.

Patrons will be required to pay $500 with invitation and $1,000 without upon entry to the series. Ladies are free before midnight. Added attraction is a $50,000 cash giveaway each Friday.

Brixton Music Group is the brain child of reggae artiste Mad Cobra and producers Rattigan, JJ Wizzle, and Tarique. Each has operated its own production labels - JRK Productions, JJ Wizzle Productions and Real Madd Entertainment, respectively.

Although releasing projects differently, they always combined on various projects. However, after the construction of their new recording studio in Braeton, Portmore, they decided to incorporate their operations under one umbrella.

Though they may be considered new to some in the public arena, the three have garnered years of experience producing and mixing songs for some of the biggest names in local and international music. Apart from being producers, they are also established recording and mixing engineers.

BMG's latest project is the Brixton Bounce rhythm distributed by Hapilos21 and featuring songs from Mad Cobra, Konshens, Elephant Man, Munga, Voicemail, Raine Seville, Frisco Kid, G Loc, Nuklear, Flexx, and others.
