Dann I delivers at Ghetto Splash, gears up for Rebel Salute

Dann I

Still riding high from his performance at Ghetto Splash earlier this week, singer Dann I is quite upbeat about the recent turn of events in his emerging career.

"Performing at Ghetto Splash is a huge accomplishment for me and it was an amazing experience. This was one of my best performances yet. The band played my set flawlessly, so the energy and the vibe was right," Dann I said in a release to the media.

The former lead singer of the boy group, Que, Dann I was in showmanship-like mode when he hit the stage at Ghetto Splash. He was a bit taken aback when the crowd sang his songs word for word.

"The crowd responded to every song, singing the chorus to the songs. There was also positive feedback from the patrons at the front of the stage and from the media and artistes backstage," said Dann I.

entertaining set

During his entertaining set, Dann I reeled off songs, including TimeNuh Wait, Dready and Tek Life. Tek Life, which is an emotional song, saw torches burning and lighters flickering in appreciation. He then closed his set with the popular Wi Nah.

The last quarter of this year has been a busy one for the emerging artiste.

"One of my recent performances was at Weddy Weddy, and that went really well. I have been performing at most of the events that have been held in the corporate area over the past two months," said Dann I.

Dann I is booked for Rebel Salute 2014. He cites his inclusion on the impressive line-up of performers as a great accomplishment for his career.

"Rebel Salute is a show that I admire and have always wanted to be a part of for years now. I will be delivering music for the mind, body, and soul - music with a message, inspiration and motivation. Come hol a real vibe wid mi people dem. Jah bless!" Dann I concluded.
