Good vibes at Ghetto Splash

The fans were clamouring for it (a free show with mega dancehall stars), and they got it.

Beenie Man alongside the Shocking Vibes Crew presented an awesome return to Ghetto Splash to an appreciative crowd at the Waterhouse Mini Stadium in St Andrew recently.

The show was dubbed by many to be a preview for Sting 30, and it didn't disappoint. The likes of veterans, Tony Rebel and Admiral Bailey added to the dimension of the show. Bailey rocked the venue with his Della Move, while Tony Rebel gave them a cultural feast.

Close to the end of the event, various artistes flooded the stage as the police told them to put a wrap on it. So big names, like Mavado, Popcaan and Mad Cobra did short stints, to cheers from the large crowd.

Beenie Man, I-Octane, Specialist, Jah Bouks, Bugle, New Kidz, Konshens, Kalado, KipRich, Capleton, Twin of Twins, Romain Virgo and several other artistes also performed.
