Chekkazz Family hosts Clean to Mi Step

After three successful stagings, famed dancehall group, Chekkazz Family, will seek to go one better when they play host to the annual Clean to Mi Step dance.

The event, set for tomorrow at Club Afrodiziac, Portmore, St Catherine, has already become a must-go party for patrons with an array of entertainment, fun and frolic being its identity.

Group member Nicklas Mitchell, 'Young Blood', said this year will be the best experience yet, referring to growth each year has seen.

"Every year, the event gets bigger and bigger and we do not see that changing anytime soon," Young Blood said.

Clean to Mi Step will feature the indomitable Fire Links, Bumpy Cash, Six Killa, Canta and the ladies' favourite Chris Dymond. Gourmet food will be on the house, provided by Chicken & Tings, the event's only sponsor.

Mitchell is daring patrons to bring their 'A' game and has promised regular giveaways.

"This is the signature event. Every other member keeps separate event, but this is the party that everybody knows us for. It will be a mega event, so everyone must bring their A game," he said.

Admission is $1,000 and ladies will enjoy a two-for-one special up to 2 a.m. Event begins at 10 p.m.
