The entertainment calendar continues in Portmore with Admiral Bailey in concert at Jungle Fyah on Friday, January 10.

Admiral Bailey, real name Glendon Bailey, was one of the top entertainers in the late 1980s. His catalogue of hits includes Jump Up, One Scotch, Big Belly Man, God Pickney, Two Year Old, and Tink Mi Dun, among several others.

Bailey, who is currently the coach of Jamaica premier league side Tivoli Gardens, said he plans to deliver a wicked set as it will be his fist time performing at Jungle Fyah. "It is my first time at Jungle Fyah and I will be doing all the songs in my catalogue to entertain the patrons," Bailey told THE PORTMORE STAR.

Promoter of the event, Franklyn Mason, said that 2014 will be a special year in "the jungle".

"We have carried many artistes over here and this year it will be even better," Mason said.

Last night, patrons were treated to a special performace from '80s deejay King Yellowman.
