ULTIMATE releases 'I Will Survive'

Dancehall artiste, The Ultimate, has released a new and inspiring track titled I Will Survive. The track, released last week, has already been receiving rave reviews on social media, in the streets and radio land.

The song was produced by the deejay's in-house label Black Q Records. A music video is being planned to support the song.

The song is the first released track in 2014 for the Portmore-based recording artiste who has also impressed with My Goal and Woman Mi A Say, which he co-produced with Young Blood Productions and Triple X Records, respectively.

The Ultimate, real name Neil McFarlane, said the song serves as a motivation for those hard-working and determined individuals who are sometimes burden with stress and disappointments.

"The song is for people who go about their daily business working hard at their dreams despite the numerous challenges they face," he said.

In the pop-fused track, The Ultimate deejays that, "Struggles that I face in my life only let me get stronger. I asked The Most High, please to let me live longer. This earth that am walking, you'll never see me go under.. Cause I will survive!"

According to, artiste, who also tries his hand at music producing, I Will Survive accurately reflects the burning desire he has within himself to break through the music business.

However, he has been seeing brighter days for the past year with songs like Over And Over and Dem Caah Duh Mi Nuttn further cementing him as a formidable force within dancehall.

"I am already seeing that the song has the potential to do great things. The support it has received so far is tremendous and I am happy for that," he said.
