On the heels of delivering a stunning performance at her official homecoming concert on the waterfront in downtown, Kingston, NBC's 'The Voice' 2013 winner, Tessanne Chin, made a courtesy call on Digicel where she toured the building, signed autographs, and took photos with staff members who were over the moon about her visit.

During the tour, Tessanne visited Digicel's contact centre and had a chance to answer two incoming calls from customers. One customer, Chevenese, when asked to hold the line to get to speak to Tessanne, said, "I will definitely hold, I ain't going nowhere." In the second conversation, the customer, Wayne, was overjoyed and did not resist the urge to say, "I luv you", before hanging up from speaking with the Jamaican powerhouse.

Marketing director, Peter Lloyd, on speaking about the experience for the customers, said, "Throughout the entire season of 'the Voice', Jamaicans were so supportive of #TeamTessanne, and we're very happy that today, customers could be surprised to have Tessanne answer their calls and engage with her through social media."

Following the tour of the contact centre, Tessanne hosted a 30-minute live chat with fans on Digicel's Facebook, page which resulted in 3,684 Likes, more than 250 shares, and well over 630 comments.
