Sean Paul to release new album on February 18

Two-time Grammy Award winner Sean Paul (born Ryan Francis Henriques) is scheduled to release his new album on February 18, 2014.

The album is a joint effort by Atlantic and VP Records labels. His latest effort titled Full Frequency is the deejay's sixth studio album and will feature collaborations from various international artistes including pop acts Nicki Minaj and 2Chainz among others.

Two of his recent singles, Want Dem All which features Konshens, and Riot (with Damian 'Junior Gong' Marley), are also on the album.

The last two albums released by the artiste did not fare well as Imperial Blaze released in 2010 sold just over 100,000 copies in the United States while his 2013 album Tomahawk Technique sold even less.

However, Sean Paul's multi-platinum-selling albums Dutty Rock (2002) and Trinity (2003) copped the Grammy Awards for Best Reggae Album in their respective years.

Sean Paul is billed to perform at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles on Valentine's Day as well as the 9 Mile Music Festival in Florida on February 15.
