Following the release of his sophomore album My Journey on Tuesday, dancehall artiste I-Octane is set to give fans an unforgettable music experience at an official album-launch party tonight.

The launch party is scheduled to start at 6 p.m., at the Triple Century Sports Bar in New Kingston. Sponsored by telecommunications giant Digicel, the album-launch party will also chronicle Digicel's journey with the artiste who they signed as an official brand ambassador back in 2010.

Sponsorship ManagerTahnida Nunez told The STAR that the decision to support I-Octane in this new endeavour was a natural one. "He has supported us in everything we've done since we signed him in 2010, and this is our way of showing him we support him, too," she said. Nunez also described the artiste as phenomenal and says the album is amazing and will reveal a more soulful side to I-Octane.

The album-launch party is free to the public and Nunez encourages persons to come out in support of the artiste.

"There is no admission and no age limit. It will be an up-close-and- personal listening party. You can come and listen to the album and he (I-Octane) will even be performing some of the songs live. It will be a great experience," she said.

She also revealed that Digicel recently acquired the rights to release one of the songs on the album to its customers who will be able to download it by clicking the link sent via text message.

My Journey is already #3 on iTunes Reggae charts and is expected to hit the top spot before the week ends.
