Dancehall artiste The Ultimate has recently shot a new video for his single, 'I Will Survive'.

The video was directed by Nickarter from Photogenic Media and was shot at different locations in Portmore and Kingston.

In the video, The Ultimate, whose real name is Neil Mcfarlane, demonstrates growth in his career, self-confidence and determination of someone who is focused on the musical mission at hand.

The video is to be released in a few weeks' time.

In the meantime, The Ultimate said he is very pleased with the support he has been getting from various radio stations for his singles such as My Goal, Over And Over andI Wish.

The deejay, who unashamedly holds down a 9-5 at a gas station, also said he is becoming more optimistic of a breakthrough in music as for the past months there's an increased buzz surrounding his career.

"This continues to be the best period of my career. I am very grateful for all the support because it has made me even more confident about my future in music. I have been getting great support from radio stations here and some overseas; the streets have also been generous with their support," he said.

The Ultimate said he is currently in studios with Triple-S working on a few new singles as well as his first official mix-tape titled My Goal.
