Pepsi, Konshens take over city

Pepsi Cola Jamaica went on tour of the corporate area last Thursday to celebrate signing entertainer Konshens as its brand ambassador.

The tour was also an opportunity to promote the relaunch of Pepsi Bubbla, at $50, for a limited time.

Outlets such as Tastee Papine and Cross Roads, as well as the Half-Way Tree Transport Centre, were among the stops the 'Bubbla' train made.

A large music truck, with dancing girls, invaded the streets at noon and worked its way through the city, making stops to interact with consumers and giving Konshens time to sign posters for distribution to the crowd.

Carla Hollingsworth, brand manager, Pepsi, said it was all about giving back to consumers in a very special way.

"The product Jamaicans have come to love and enjoy has decided to 'tun up' the refreshment by re-introducing Bubbla at $50! We are excited about this and know consumers will be, too,"Hollingsworth said.
