Rise Up GoldenChyld new single

GoldenChyld - Contibuted

Coming on the heels of his Joanna Wine single, Canadian-born reggae artist GoldenChyld, has released yet another well-produced single, Rise Up.

The conscious reggae single promises to be yet another platinum notch on the singer-songwriter's belt. In the past, GoldenChyld came to critical acclaim in the United States and Canada after the release of his singles Cloak And Dagger on theNu Dynasty EP in 2010 and Whine on Me in 2011.

GoldenChyld, whose correct name is Stephen Lee, says, Rise Upwas one of the core messages I wanted to convey to people for 2014. Irrespective of what you're going through, rising against all odds and doing your part to make society a better place is always one of the most lasting impacts you can make. That's what I want to do with my music: leave a lasting impact on fans and society."

The song is slated for release this month and will be followed by a video and a slew of vibrant reggae, dancehall and hip-hop singles.

The singer-songwriter says fans will be able to sign up for the newsletter on his website goldenchyldmuzik.com and receive a free copy of the single before April 6 at midnight. Additionally, the website features updates on GoldenChyld's shows, music, videos and news about him.
