Moisade recording artiste CJ Killawno is back in the island after a successful month-long promotional stint in the US.

"The tour was very good. I did a lot of promotional work in Florida, and I also visited a few other places including Georgia. The vibe was good; the people love my music and I think I have earned some fans in the places I've visited. Aside from the US, I also went to Mexico and Honduras.

I didn't know that they loved reggae and dancehall music so much in those countries. The people in Mexico and Honduras showed me a lot of love," said the artiste.

Now that he is back home, CJ is busy in studios working on a number of new singles.

"I'm working on some new projects and plan to release a lot of singles for the summer. I also want to get more songs out there to build on the work I have done already".

The first single he plans to release is a thought-provoking track titled Sando.

"Sando is a very personal story. It's deep; it's about youths that grew up in my community. Sando was a good youth but the system changed him. I have to do this track to let the youths know that they have to stay focused and don't get caught up in the system," CJ Killawno said.
