Bacchanal Jamaica and Smirnoff are set to kick off the Easter weekend with Bacchanal Beach J'Ouvert on Saturday, April 19 at the James Bond Beach in Oracabessa.

The highly anticipated event, known for its revelry of paint and soca music, climaxes with an energetic performance from Trinidadian soca duo Bunji Garlin and Fay-Ann Lyons, along with the Asylum Vikings Band.

Smirnoff Vodka will be adding to the event its 'Flavours of Carnival' headlined by Blueberry, Coconut and Green Apple.

"Carnival is a great occasion for Smirnoff. The energy, the colours, the pulsating beats, the joy of the season all represent what Smirnoff loves to celebrate," said Jermaine Bibbons, Smirnoff's brand manager.

Only persons 18 or older will be allowed to attend Smirnoff Beach J'Ouvert and Bibbons is reminding patrons to 'Drink Right' in reference to the company's responsible drinking campaign.

Bunji Garlin is a multiple Soca Monarch winner and is considered one of the best soca lyricists. He and wife Fay-Ann have produced numerous hits including last year's chart buster Ready Fi Di Road and this year's head-bopping Truck On The Road.

Smirnoff Beach J'Ouvert is a super all-inclusive event beginning at 1 p.m., and will also feature popular Trinidadian soca disc jockey DJ Nuphoric as well as Jamaica's best - DJ Bambino, DJ Smoke, DJ Lee, Sparkles Production and Richie R.A.S.

Tickets for Smirnoff Beach J'Ouvert are available for $5,500 presold and $6,500 at the gate. A special VIP food-inclusive band is also available for $8,500 pre-sold, which will include access to Smirnoff's premium bar.
