Nature on a musical high

Nature

Downsound recording artiste Nature is on a musical high.

The hard working Montegonian recently shot the music video for his much talked about Dancehall single, No Gun Around.

"We did the video in Cockburn Pen. that's one of the communities that I used to live in when I just came to Kingston. It's a place that is very dear to my heart. everyone there is like family to me. We put in a lot of work on this video as usual. it should turn out very well," he said.

"The video is being edited at the moment and it should be ready for release by month end," he added.

Over the last few weeks, Nature has performed at a number of events in the Corporate Area.

"I performed for kids after Boys and Girls Champs ended. the vibes was absolutely crazy. I had the crowd weak. the kids really loved my performance. I also performed at the St Catherine Jamboree stage show and I performed at the Jose Marti high school. it was pure niceness at both events," he said.

Nature continued his good run onstage when he performed at the recently held West Awards in Savanna-la-mar. Singing heartfelt renditions of Revolution, Come Back Home and Hello Mama Africa, along with original numbers such as Trying Man and World Peace, he threatened to steal the show.

"The reception I got from the fans at the West Award was just lovely. It's like I could do no wrong for them. Every song I performed was greeted with a forward," he said.

Nature's video for his latest single, an EDM flavored track called Retarded, is currently sitting in the number one spot on the Reggae chart on the popular Hit List show on CVM TV.
