Dancehall artiste Charly Black is gearing up for a very busy Easter weekend. The hard-working deejay is scheduled to perform in Suriname this Saturday (April 19) at the Havana Lounge in Paramaribo.

The following day, he will appear at Plaza Mundo Merced in Willemstad, Curaçao, at an event dubbed Pure Pressure.

"I'm looking forward to performing in Suriname and Curaçao. It will be my first time performing in both countries. The fans in Curaçao and Suriname have been longing to see me over the years, and I'm going to give them something to remember," he said.

Charly Black will return to the island on Sunday to perform at the Great Escape Family Fun Day at Wavz Beach in Negril.

"I will be back home to perform in Negril on Sunday. It's the great Escape Weekend in Negril, and I wouldn't miss it for the world. I want all my Negril fans to know that I will be coming to Negril to deliver a high-energy performance for them," he said.

Also on the cards for the artiste is the shooting of a video for his latest single, Back It Up, on Chimney Records' Fast Lane rhythm. The video is slated to be shot and released before the end of the month.
