The remaining contestants in the Magnum Kings and Queens of dancehall are busy cleaning their musical guns as they prepare to battle each other in the finals of the competition this weekend.

For weeks, the contestants have been campaigning and singing on the weekly show. But it will all come to an end this Saturday at the UDC Car Park, downtown Kingston when the two princes and two princesses face off in the clash.

As he gears up to compete for the crown, Hydal says he also wants the public to see that he is truly deserving of the title.

"You know mi a come fi dominate Saturday. Right now, mi a write some lyrics and a drink some chicken foot soup fi get mi head well hot fi Saturday and show Jamaica seh Hydal is the idol and he is the Magnum King for 2014," he told THE WEEKEND STAR.

"Hydal a go be the first artiste weh win Magnum and nuh get lost inna di system. You a go hear 'bout me same way. Di only plan a fi just write him (Krushal) off and done him pon spot Saturday."

But a much calmer Krushal says he is more focused on delivering a good set and having fun.

"Mi plan fi do weh mi always do ... try fi deliver and be lyrical with the stage craft. I am just gonna try get the crowd fi laugh after him; that's my strategy. It's a lyrical war; but I am always having fun 'cause I love music," Krushal said.

On the female side, Sim Sim says she is busy campaigning, but refused to divulge much of her plans.

"I have everything planned out for Saturday. I will always be the element of surprise. Let's see what happens weekend 'cause I'm just going to play my A-game," she said.

But Sim Sim was quite confident where votes were concerned.

"Campaigning is going well; I can't complain. I have gone thousands of votes. If it's the votes, I know I am going to win," she told THE WEEKEND STAR.

For Candy K, her plan is simply to "kill people".

"Is an entertaining clash mi waan gwaan, so mi a write out mi heart. I plan to take the crown," she said.
