Woman who refuses mental examination remanded again

Cereen Johnson, the woman who has been refusing to allow doctors to mentally examine her, was remanded again when she appeared in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court last Thursday.

It is alleged that she broke into a church property and took up residence.

Johnson who has been charged with housebreaking and malicious destruction of property, returns to court on April 30.

It is alleged that she cut the grilles and took over a property owned by the Jehovah's Witnesses.

The court heard that the caretaker for the property had great difficulty removing Johnson, so he made a report to the police.

It is reported that Johnson gave the cops a challenge to remove her, and even showed documents she claimed proved that she owns the property.

Johnson told the court that she doesn't have any family living in Jamaica, and she has been living on the church property since returning from England.
