Ruffi-Ann recently delivered a very exciting performance at a special event marking the 48th anniversary of the visit of Emperor Haile Selassie to Jamaica that was staged by the Twelve Tribes of Israel at their headquarters in Kingston.

During her performance the hard-working singjay kept the crowd tuned to her performance, by delivering thought provoking tracks such as Save the Juvenile and Carless Driving.

"It was a great pleasure to perform at the Twelve Tribes event. The Emperor was a very great man and he visited Jamaica in 1966. That's a very important part of our history."

Ruffi-Ann is currently promoting the video for her latest single, Carless Driving.

"The video for Careless Driving is out and it's getting a lot of positive feedback. A lot of people love the positive message of the song. I did this song to encourage motorists to be more responsible when using the roads. Too many people have lost their lives because of motor vehicle accidents in Jamaica," said Ruffi-Ann.

Careless Driving is the first single off Ruffi-Ann's recently released debut album, Save the Juvenile, which was produced by legendary Jamaican saxophonist Dean Frazer.
