INDECOM seeks public's help in east Kingston shooting
The Independent Commission of Investigations (INDECOM) is appealing to residents of east Kingston to come forward with information than can assist the probe into the killing of three men by the police on Saturday.

Angry residents in the community of Rennock Lodge say two of the men were killed in cold blood as they bathed at a water pump in the community.

However, INDECOM says the initial police report on the incident claims that the three were killed when they fired on police personnel in separate operations.

In the first operation, INDECOM says the police reported that a team was fired on by a group of men along Harbour Street, also in east Kingston. The police reportedly returned fire and one man was shot and killed, while the others escaped into the community of Rennock Lodge.

INDECOM says the police reported that they tracked the men to Rennock Lodge, and during a second gunfight; two men were shot and killed.
