One of three men who is accused of playing a role in the theft of a motor truck was offered bail in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court on Thursday.

Kenneth Smith was granted $200,000 bail, while Kerron Fearon and Omar Stevenson's bail was extended. They are facing conspiracy, larceny and receiving stolen property charges.

The matter is set for trial on September 22.
