The Wray & Nephew White Rum Buck ... It had a another successful staging atop the roof of Oneil's place, 33 Hagley Park Road, last Saturday.

"This party yah shot. Look at the crowd. It's a good look. Short Boss and him Rum Buck ... It crew are making things happen," One patron, sipping liquor, told THE STAR during the party.

This was the "throw-back" edition, and the fans of retro music loved it.

Mad Cobra's Matie a Rebel and Buju Banton's Big it Up were some of the tunes that blared from the sound system.

Using the mantra "More music and less talking", the songs flowed freely from the disc jocks. Richie Stephens' smooth number Weakness for Sweetness had the patrons dancing harder, while past hits from veteran dancehall act Bounty Killer, and the 'doctor' Beenie Man, as well as oral sex-bashing songs had the crowd cheering.
