Mature Sundays rocks Clock Tower Plaza

Rasbert Turner, Star Writer

The Champion League Sports Bar, Clock Tower Plaza, Half -Way Tree, St Andrew, came alive on Sunday with the third staging of Mature Sundays.

It was an evening that saw a mature audience out in numbers to enjoy what was on offer.

There was total ''niceness'', with selector 'Bagga Wire' spinning music from the '80s and early '90s, much to the delight of the crowd.

Promoter Tanya 'Pebbles' Simon said the session was to keep the mature side of the entertainment circle alive and well.

''We think that persons, after having a hard week of work, would want somewhere to enjoy themselves in peace, with good vibes and fine food. They are invited to do so every third Sunday of the month."

Proprietor Robert 'Billy' Clarke said the night's activities went well and he was thoroughly pleased with the turnout each occasion the session was held.
