Big Vibes retro party a hit

The monthly Red Stripe Big Vibes party went retro last Friday with veteran deejay Admiral Bailey taking patrons back to the golden era of dancehall.

Bailey had the close to 1,500 patrons in stitches during his performance with witty lyrics and onstage theatrics.

Bailey's performance included Science Again, Big Belly Man and his dance anthem, Della Move. During Della Move, Bailey was joined onstage by Orville Hall of Dance Xpressionz and challenged to a dance off.

Bailey's pedigree was on full display during his 30-minute set, as he transcended age and gender, young and old enjoying his performance.

Dance Xpressionz and DJ Kurt Riley also added to the entertainment value.

Big Vibes is held on the last Friday of each month at Red Stripe Oval, Spanish Town Road.
